In case of a contact request we keep your data until you proceed to request a demo. If you do not wish to make a request, we will keep your data for 2 years after the last contact.

When you have submitted your data, we keep it. Therefore, you also have a number of rights regarding this data.

If you exercise your right of inspection, MDG Promotions will provide you with an overview of your data that is as complete as possible. It is possible that some personal data from classic backup files, log-, history- or archive files are not included in this overview. These data are not part of the currently processed personal data and are therefore not immediately available and cannot be provided. However, they are deleted from these files according to standard processes.
- Automatic decision and profiling
The processing of your personal data does not include profiling nor will we subject it to automated decisions.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA):
This is without prejudice to a remedy before a civil court. If you should suffer damages as a result of the processing of your personal data, you may bring a claim for compensation.
